These Terms govern use of the Soteria’s Key public website and, where applicable, the authenticated portal. If your organization has a signed agreement, that agreement controls where there is a conflict.

Entity separation: Soteria’s Key is the technology platform. Sunflowers Key is a separate nonprofit entity. This site is a vendor-style platform surface and is not a donor portal for the nonprofit.

1) Acceptable use

Use the platform only for lawful, authorized organizational purposes.
Do not attempt to bypass authentication, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt service.
Do not upload malicious code, illegal content, or data you are not authorized to process.

2) Organizational responsibility

Organizations are responsible for user provisioning, access control decisions, and configuration choices. Users must follow their organization’s policies and procedures.

3) Confidentiality & sensitive workflows

The platform may support high-risk workflows. Handle operational information as confidential unless your organization explicitly classifies it otherwise.

4) Service changes

We may update the site or platform to improve security, reliability, and functionality. Material changes for organizational deployments are addressed through contract and release controls.

Operational reality check: Soteria’s Key supports coordination and decision workflows, but it does not replace professional judgment, agency policy, or statutory requirements.
